On Thursday, October 27th 2011, Blackburn Students and Fellows traveled to Parrish, Alabama for one of the Institute’s annual travel experiences. The Institute visited the Alabama Power Gorgas Power Plant, Parrish Town Hall, and the Capstone Rural Health Center.
